Class Descriptions

Booty Bootcamp: This is a strength based workout focused on building and toning glutes and thighs that also incorporates some HIIT.

Instructor:

 

Cardio Flush: Get the heart firing on all cylinders with ​this high intensity interval training class. Dampen vagal tone and ​lower resting heart rate. This class will keep blood ​circulation​ fast and ​smooth.

Instructor: Nathan Huey

 

Lift & Flow: This is not a yoga class. It is a combination of yoga moves and weight training. It is a full body workout with low to medium intensity to tone muscles and burn fat.

Instructor:

Silver Circuit: This class is designed for OLDER ADULTS to gain strength, balance, mobility, and cardiovascular conditioning through functional movement and low to mid intensity weight training. Plenty of modifications are available.
