Class Descriptions

Booty Bootcamp: This is a strength based workout focused on building and toning glutes and thighs that also incorporates some HIIT.

Instructor:

 

Total Body HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training): This is a boot camp style workout incorporating heavy weight training for strength and intense aerobic exercises for conditioning.

Instructor:

 

Lift & Flow: This is not a yoga class. It is a combination of yoga moves and weight training. It is a full body workout with low to medium intensity to tone muscles and burn fat.

Instructor:

Silver Circuit: This class is designed for OLDER ADULTS to gain strength, balance, mobility, and cardiovascular conditioning through functional movement and low to mid intensity weight training. Plenty of modifications are available.
