Lift & Flow: This is not a yoga class. It is a combination of yoga moves and weight training. It is a full body workout with low to medium intensity to tone muscles and burn fat.
Silver Circuit: This class is designed for OLDER ADULTS to gain strength, balance, mobility, and cardiovascular conditioning through functional movement and low to mid intensity weight training. Plenty of modifications are available.
